 The journey began in the 1990s with the launch of an innovative information and event service startup in the Wedding Industry. This early venture helped hone a deep understanding of customer needs and brand development, paving the way for a broader focus on driving business growth.

For over 20 years, I have worked extensively in the luxury retail and manufacturing sectors, specialising in product marketing, sales, and manufacturing. These led to the successful development of new collections for both the UK and EU retail markets, with a keen eye for positioning brands. By leveraging multi-channel sales strategies, the consultancy has helped brands navigate both physical and digital sales platforms to expand market reach and deliver seamless customer experiences.

The consultancy also brings unique expertise in community building and network development. I founded and managed a high-profile cycling event in Yorkshire, which focused on supporting handmade small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and niche brands. A major highlight was organising a key event during the 2014 Tour de France in Leeds, which created opportunities for brands to connect with larger audiences and grow their presence within the industry.

Over the past decade,I developed and managed global sales roles within the cycling industry, developing and executing sales strategies for a premium luggage manufacturing brand.
